Your first prenatal visit includes an ultrasound (gel is warm, we narrate everything we see), bloodwork, and a full intake conversation. We'll build your care plan together and you'll leave knowing exactly what comes next.

A fertility consultation is a listening appointment first. We'll review your cycle history, discuss any prior testing, and map out what evaluations make sense before jumping to conclusions. PCOS, ovulation timing, anatomical questions — we look at the whole picture before recommending any path forward.

Perimenopause can start in your early forties and feel like a dozen things at once — irregular periods, sleep disruption, mood shifts, a body that doesn't respond the way it used to. This appointment is specifically for mapping what's happening and discussing options: hormone therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or simply understanding your timeline.

The first gynecologic visit is usually just a conversation — no exam is required unless there's a specific concern. We'll talk about what's normal, answer questions about periods, discharge, or anything else on your mind. Parents are welcome in the room or in the waiting area — whichever the patient prefers. We meet every teenager where they are.

The postpartum visit isn't just a clearance exam. We check your healing — physically and emotionally. We screen for postpartum depression, discuss contraception if you're ready, and address breastfeeding questions. If you're not sleeping, struggling, or just don't feel like yourself, this is the appointment where you say so.
